Standing at the gates of the Temple of Moloch, pleading with uninformed and misinformed mothers for the life of their innocent babies.

Dear Ones,

We felt so weak yesterday as we met for prayer as a group. Jim Tuttle had
spoken to a college group the day before and many things were up against
him… he got through it but felt beat down. Several so-called disasters
such as printing 2,000 papers and finding out it was all wrong and needing
to take six hours to correct the problem. More and more things kept hitting
him… but our Lord was with him and got him through it all. We talked of
Elijah on Mt. Carmel, he prayed for rain… “there is nothing” was the reply
until the seventh time. The kids and I may encourage ourselves with simply
saying “there is nothing” to remind ourselves not to judge simply by
appearance. We felt weak, I had a feeling of uselessness, just there because
I knew our Lord wanted us there. We all prayed together and seeking our Lord
for strength, thanking Him for the troubles and praising Him for answering
our prayers. The Lord Jesus Christ is our strength, we stood in front of
Planned Parenthood with signs for truth against the lies, He uplifted our
hearts and we sang His praises and prayed for many. As we were standing
there, the traffic had stopped for the light and was backed up… there was
a van in front of me, it was in such a position that I could see the face of
a very young toddler sitting in the back seat looking at me and smiling. We
just smiled at each other for the minute it took the light to turn, the
lighting of the sun shinning through the windows gave the child a glow
around her little face… this was very touching, such a blessing as I began
to pray for her little life and salvation of her soul. It was a most amazing
and unexpected thing and how it encouraged my heart!  The sign I was holding
said “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made and has a picture of a developing baby,
I wonder if she was smiling at the baby picture!

We plan to be at the abortion clinic Thursday May eleventh at eleven A.M.
for side walk counseling and then in front of P.P. at three P.M. We are
already praying that our Lord would work in the heart of the mothers and
change their minds. We are also praying for opportunities to give the
Gospel, there are so many needy ones that walk the streets there.

Much love to you in our dear Lord Jesus Christ from us all,
Sarah
