Dear Ones,
There was great rejoicing here on Thursday as the Lord saved a baby from death! Karen came up to me during the time I was pleading to three mothers that had come outside for a smoke, she told me she had changed her mind and now just wanted to go home and sit with her two children. She took information and I encouraged her to call for help if she needed it, she left and we rejoice! Thank you for praying, it is only prayer and the working of God through His Spirit that changes the hearts and minds of man kind.
God brought five people that live an hour and a half south of Duluth to join the sidewalk counseling on Thursday, one had been there before many years ago to counsel, but the rest were new. It is very hard to see the girls going into the clinic knowing they are about to destroy a little life and not be able to do anything about it. These new people were very affected and sober as they watched and prayed.
There were fourteen of us in front of P.P. from 3:00 to 4:00 that day… it was wonderful to have more than the usual seven or eight but we know our Lord can use few or many… prayer is the key thing. That is why I am writing to you and pleading for prayer… with out it nothing would be affective… Our Lord uses prayer and works by His Spirit… hand in hand; Prayer and His Spirit Working… we can see this so clearly.( Later that day three girls stood in front of P.P. with signs that said they support P.P., the enemy is nervous it seems!)
Our Lord supplied all of our needs for the Fourth of July Parade!!! We have the candy, tracts, and picture for the banner… we are excited about getting the Gospel out and the message of truth…. please pray that some will join us to march behind the float and hold signs… many have been asked but no one has said they would be willing.
The next abortion day is Friday at 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. also the truth witness on Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. please remember these times in prayer…
Just to make you aware… while we were side walk counseling a witch came up to the building and said she was putting a curse on the place…
One counselor gave a rebuke in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ… the witch walked away but we were more aware than ever of the spiritual forces of darkness at work… Our Lord saved a baby that day despite the attacks of the enemy… prayer and more prayer is needed for this work!
