Dear Ones,
We have been away, but were able to be at the abortion clinic both of the past weeks that they were open.
Two weeks ago Tues….. 9 Mothers came for an abortion. The atmosphere seemed more hostile but we sang and prayed earnestly in the streets and made pleas and petitions for the babies. As we did so, three women that were not there for an abortion but were leaving the building yelled out that we are sick people, we responded that it is very sick to destroy and kill innocent babies.
Thursday, in front of P.P. our family was not able to be there since we were out of town, but four teens spoke to Mr.Tuttle and told him they would like to join us in the truth witness.
Thursday of this week 16 mothers came in for an abortion and four left, there were 2 no-shows. We were able to give the gospel to a young couple passing by, they were very receptive and asked questions as we warned them about abortion and P.P. , please pray for Larry and Sky we felt a great deal of love for them from the Lord. As we “preached” to a young couple outside of the clinic smoking, they began laughing at us, it seems that so many going in are “past feeling” and find our pleas amusing. Leah held a life like baby doll as a symbol to the mothers of what they would be destroying… some looked very long and hard at her, we hope it might have helped them think about what they were about to do.
At Planned Parenthood, Leah held the baby again as Michael held a sign that said “Children are an inheritance from the Lord” we discovered there were less curses thrown at us… we hoped this symbol might have helped some to think. Three or four took the packets and that is very encouraging. The four teens didn’t show but perhaps they will another time…
Please remember us in prayer next week on Thursday in front of P.P. from 3-4 pm. and then on Friday morning in front of the abortion clinic at eight am. we depend on our Lord to use us as He will and we are aware of the prayers of His people… they are powerful and moving spiritual mountains!

Dear Ones,
We are learning such valuable lessons on the streets of Duluth, such as the mysterious work that God does through the praise of His saints. We work very hard to keep our focus on praise of our Lord Jesus Christ, with prayers, songs and Scripture reading.
Nine went in for an abortion on Thursday, one took the packet and threw it away. There was allot of anger shown to us by people going in and out. One lady in a group of three told us we are sick people… I replied that it is very sick to kill innocent little babies. Another lady watched from a window shaking her head at us and writing down notes, a few couples came outside to smoke and we made more earnest pleas, which they ignored, but only our Lord knows how it may have reached their hearts.
We did have an opportunity to talk with Chad, a young man walking pass in the alley. He was angry since someone had given his eight month pregnant wife pictures of aborted babies. We explained the necessity of exposing the truth of what the abortion industry is doing to the babies and how the news media is saying nothing about it, therefore it must be brought out on the streets. We told him we were sorry that she had to see that and was offended, but other mothers eight months pregnant and planning to abort  have seen those pictures and changed their minds. He seemed to understand but said there were too many people in the world any way… we said that is for God to decide, and he said he did not believe in God. We pointed him to creation and design of God not only in nature but also in the human body, so that he himself is a testimony of God’s existence.. Chad was open and listened, seemed to get very nervous and said he had to get to work… please pray for him… we see him often, perhaps we can speak with him again.
In front of P.P. with our signs, we praised the Lord  in song and prayer… many couples went in, but three took the information packets while leaving.
Prayer needs:
 Tuesday at 8:00 am. abortions are scheduled, please pray for mothers’ hearts to be softened and listen to the urging of God not to destroy life, also that they may take and read the information packets.
That our Lord will give us the right words to say as we plea for the innocent condemned to die.
To protect us and God will glorify His Name though our lives as we stand in front of P.P.  at 3:00-4:00 pm. with witness of truth and more girls will take the packets offered.
That we may continue to praise our Lord earnestly while we are doing this work and always!

Dear Ones,
Jesus Christ our Lord is using the continued prayer of His saints to accomplish so many wonderful things! We are praising our Lord and thanking Him, it is wonderful to be able to trust Him for things we cannot see.      1Co 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. 
The volunteer escorts seem to be more vigorous in their attempts to convince the mothers to go through with abortion. They are walking them to the doors, closing the visors so we can’t see them climbing the stairs to the clinic, (When we see them we motion for them to come down.. we believe this to be the last voice of reason they will have before going in. Evidently it was helping but now the escorts make extra efforts to close them.) They talk to the mothers on cell phones before coming and tell them not to look at, talk to, or take any material. WHY???  If the mothers knew the truth, many, many, would change their minds and not got through with it. We see that the enemy is using these two ( a husband and wife team) to accomplish the evil practice of sacrificing their sons and daughters for the sake of pleasure, money, and freedom from responsibility… so they think… but the heavy weight they carry after destroying life is deeper and darker then they could ever guess.
It was difficult to see how well the escorts were convincing the mothers. Yet we made the plea for the life of the unborn and passed out many gospel tracts to people passing by, even they seemed colder yesterday. We have a very life-like baby doll which we lay on the cement along with a poster of a newly developing baby. Yesterday a young mother that was passing by stopped, looked at the poster and just hugged the doll for a bit. Five years ago she was raped and became pregnant, others advised her to abort but she refused to “kill my kid” and gave her baby up for open adoption, now she is pregnant again, four weeks along. When she learned the building was an abortion clinic she said “than this building should be bombed.” …. we don’t agree with violence but understand the feelings… we  pray that God will shut the building down, He knows what to do with it.
Only one person took a packet of information in front of Planned Parenthood yesterday, but for some reason it was closed and those that came to it were not happy to find it closed. Still we held our witness of truth as planned and pray it was used to the glory of God.We have learned that some have actually changed their minds about abortion after reading our signs! Next week P.P. is passing out;”Plan B” for free on Sept. 6th, next Wed. We plan to be there with signs and the next day on the 7th… please pray more will take the packets on those days!
On Sept. 12th we are planning a six mile life walk please remember us in prayer that the witness for truth will be strong as we walk through the streets of Duluth MN.
Prayer is needed… please remember the escorts as God leads you to pray… we seek for their salvation, and also for God to foil their plans against life, (Perhaps that they will not be able to come.). Pray that the mothers will take packets of information and listen to our pleas. That our Lord will make our witness strong and He will foil the attempts of the enemy to weaken and discourage us.  Pray that babies will be saved, also souls will come to be saved as we give the gospel. 
God works greatly through the fervent prayer of His saints…. it avails much! I am sending this email as a witness to the fact that we need prayer and we know God works through it…  we know it honors Him to seek for it!
