Dear Ones,
We did go the abortion clinic yesterday and there was such a different atmosphere…. the Presence of God was so strong, and our hearts were filled with His praises there. Two girls were receptive to talking and taking material, but went in.  Still, we understand that success belongs to our God and we had great peace of heart that we were there because He wanted us there.
All together nine girls went in and we did not see anyone leave the clinic. As the girls go in, one side walk counselor will plead for the life of the unborn baby while the rest of us pray for God to work according to His will.
We sang the gospel to the workers as they went in, and it’s interesting to see how some slow their pace to listen or walk faster to get away.
Many tracts were taken yesterday.
Thank you for prayer, how wonderful our Lord uses it… it’s a mystery to me!
Next week Thursday, November 30th, abortions are scheduled at 12:00 noon… and Planned Parenthood at 3-4 p.m.
please pray for softened hearts and minds, and that many will take the packets of information. Also that there will be no car accidents as we hold up the signs in front of P.P.
May our Lord Jesus Christ continue to bless you! Happy Thanks Giving!!!
lovingly,
Sarah

Dear Ones,

Yesterday we were at the abortion center at 7:30a.m. and gathered to begin with prayer, a mother went in just as we finished and gave us all an angry and disgusted look; shook her head angrily when offered material, and this is what our morning there was like, a hostile environment with curses, angry words, and no one taking material. We felt that something was lacking and believe it was the prayer of the saints of God. We can always tell when prayers are made and we can tell when they are not. I cannot say I understand the mystery of how God works so powerfully through the prayers of His saints, but when one enters into a spiritual battle front against strongholds of satan the evidence of prayer cannot be denied.

Even though I did make mention of the need for prayer last week for this day, I should have sent out a reminder. This is a lesson for me indeed, to be more constant informing and reminding about prayer for this great need. Thank you for prayer, the very heart of the working of God, time could not be better invested as we come before Him in prayer!

We were able to give the gospel to several people and hand out many gospel tracts. One older American Indian women confronted us about the abortion building, saying it should be closed down and thought we needed to do something other than prayer. We were able to tell her of the power of God through His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ but she mentioned “the great spirit”…. we were able to point her to the Lord as being God and the Saviour…. she was surprised to hear this and took a tract and Bible… please pray for her. Also for “Fairbe” a young girl that heard the gospel and claimed to already be saved, she lives with her ungodly mother and faces heavy struggles. We didn’t see Rick, but we pray for him daily.

Today we return to the front lines at Planned Parenthood and ask for prayer, that hearts will be softened and receive the materials and tracts we give out. We pray the signs will be read, and some might think about what is being said, be convicted of sin and turn to God. Please pray for no car accidents as well!

Next Tuesday we plan to go to the abortion center from 7:30 – 10:30 a.m. please pray for the mothers to receive the material and hearts and minds will be changed. We hope in our Lord to work according to His will, we are only a channel He has chosen to use. Please pray that the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ will be glorified through all that we do there.

Lovingly in our Lord,
Sarah

Dear Ones,
Yesterday there was a great sense of the Presence of God with us on the streets in front of the abortion clinic. There were 7 that went in and they were more receptive to us. Two couples took the information packet and some even responded with thanks to the offer of help, but still they went in. We didn’t see any one leave, but we are confident that God is working. We sang many praises to God and worshiped Him in the streets.
In the alley two of us gave the gospel to a man, he wept over his sin and drinking problem. He opened a can of beer and poured it over the pavement and cried that the devil is destroying him. We gave him a Bible and prayed with him. Please pray for Rick as he is under heavy conviction, he needs salvation and we pray that he might be delivered.
Prayer needs:
Planned Parenthood, Thursday at 3-4 p.m., we will be holding signs as a witness for truth against the lies of P.P. please pray for no car accidents and that many packets will be received.
Next Wednesday Nov. 15th at 8-11 a.m. in front of the abortion clinic, please pray for the salvation of souls and babies to be delivered from the hand of the butcher, that God will speak His word through us and we will not take the battle on our own shoulders, only allow Him to work through us. That mothers will take the packets of info, and change their minds.
We know it was due to prayer that we could sense God so keenly yesterday… thank you so much for prayer,
lovingly in our Lord Jesus Christ,
Sarah

Dear Ones,
On our way to the abortion clinic yesterday morning, Leah read Psalm 78 describing the tribe of Ephriam. They being equipped with bow and arrow… weapons of war, turned and ran away from the battle. They had forgotten the mighty acts of God before. We thought on this and prayed for God to have mercy on us to stand in the battle, reminding ourselves of the mighty acts He has performed and will continue to do! This was helpful to remember since 17 couples went in the abortion center today and all seemed hostile and unreceptive. No one took packets of information. One girl left but wouldn’t speak to us. We continue to lift up our voices in praise to our Lord and Saviour on the streets. We know He is working in ways that are mighty, for He is mighty and answers the prayers of His saints.
Some of us in the alley sang songs of Scripture and the Gospel to the workers that park there and go into the clinic’s back door. We pray for the workers as well, one of them is especially hostile to us and as she drove to park, swerved toward us. Please remember the workers in prayer as well… they are hardened but God can save them.
The next day that abortions are scheduled is Tuesday November 7th at 8:00-11:00 a.m. The mothers need prayer to be receptive and take the information packets, and change their minds.
Please pray we will have opportunity to give the gospel. We are now praying for more gospel tracts since we have run out and cannot replenish them yet. We are also praying for more Bibles to give out… so many don’t have a Bible,  we give out New Testaments. Todd walked by and we were able to give him a Bible and encourage him to read… he has cancer in his liver, we had spoken the gospel to him before but wasn’t very receptive to talk to us this time, he needs prayer for salvation.
Thank you for praying concerning Planned Parenthood. There were no accidents this Thursday and the clinic was not very busy at all. One packet  was taken but only three cars went in while we were there. We are wondering if they have changed the clinic hours since we are always there at the same time each week. Please continue to pray for no accidents for next Thursday.
Mick and Michael are still in South Dakota and are working hard there with the campaign for life. They plan to travel back on Sunday, please remember them in prayer.
Thank you for prayers… we are so encouraged, God is indeed moving through that mighty weapon!
Lovingly in our Lord Jesus Christ,
Sarah
