Dearest Ones,
Last week on Wednesday, 14 came for an abortion. One father took material and put it in his pocket, the rest refused the material and walked quickly into the building. They heard our pleas for their baby’s life. We prayed very earnestly for each one, and sang Hymns and songs of praise to God in the midst of sad hearts because of the death of the babies and the death of the conscience of the parents. We learned that 2 canceled their appointments and one didn’t show for the abortion and we rejoice much for that news!
Tomorrow Monday, Jan. 21, , abortions are scheduled. we plan to be there.
Please pray:
- For the mothers to take material offered and for changed hearts and minds.
- That we might give the gospel to people that we meet and for salvation of souls.
- For the sidewalk counselors to praise God and worship Him there in this dark area in Duluth MN.
- Praise God for Alicia’s salvation! We have kept in contact with her, she wants to learn more about Baptism and be baptized!
- Pray for her spiritual growth and strength, and that we might find the right church for her and her children to attend.
Tuesday is the Jericho March and candle light vigil to remember the babies that were aborted since abortion was made legal in 1973. Gathering to pray for the end of abortion.
Please keep the Yoder Family in prayer as the go every Wednesday to the abortion clinic in Kansas City MO. to plea for the lives of the un-born and give a gospel witness.
Pray for us on Thursdays at 11:00 -12:00 as we hold signs in front of the bill board advertising “Health Partners”, to expose the late term abortions they are doing. Also holding signs at the intersection where Planned Parenthood is to expose their works of darkness as well.
Above all we want to be a gospel witness and want prayer for that.
In the love of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Sarah
*And he said, Hearken you, all Judah, and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you king Jehoshaphat, Thus says the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s. Tomorrow go you down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and you shall find them at the end of the valley, before the wilderness of Jeruel. You shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand you still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you. And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground: and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell before the LORD, worshiping the LORD. And the Levites, of the children of the Kohathites, and of the children of the Korahites, stood up to praise the LORD God of Israel with a loud voice on high. And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and you inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall you be established; believe his prophets, so shall you prosper. And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endures forever. And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushes against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, who were come against Judah; and they were defeated. 2 Chronicles 20:15-22
