Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;

Dearest Ones,

We were at the Building for Women in Duluth MN. this past week on Tues. when young mothers went in for an abortion. Eleven out of Fifteen that were scheduled came, all heard our cry of mercy for their babies. We did not see anyone change their minds. While on the streets we continue to pray and read Scripture and sings songs of praise to our Lord Jesus Christ.

We were able to hand out several tracts to people passing by, and offered to pray for them. Last week we learned that the “Lutheran Women for Choice”, were having a fund raiser hot-dish for poor women that could not afford an abortion called, “Hotdish”… standing for, (”Hand over the decision it should be hers”) at the abortion clinic. We were there on the sidewalk with signs and pictures of aborted babies for them to see what abortion does to babies. Michael and a friend read Scripture, Romans chapter One, some became angry and called the police. Three police cars showed up, but since we were not breaking the law nothing came of it.

Prayer needs:

Next Tues. March 25 in the morning, abortions are scheduled at the Building for Women in Duluth MN. Please pray that the mothers will change their minds and hearts about abortion, and that we might have opportunities to give the gospel.

Glory dei Lutheran Church sponsored the abortion fund raiser. Please pray for us to have wisdom how we might bring to light their support of the abortion clinic.

Every Wednesday the Yoder Family go to the abortion clinic in Kansas City MO. to plea for the lives of the unborn. Please pray for this family of nine children. They give the gospel as well, and need much prayer.
Every Thursday in Duluth MN. we hold signs to expose the works of darkness and plea for the lives of the unborn from 11:00-12:00 p.m. and 3:00-4:00 p.m. Please pray for a gospel witness and hearts and minds to be alerted to the evils of “Health Partners” ( savehealthpartners.com ) and “Planned Parenthood.”

O the Depth of the riches both of the Wisdom and Knowledge of God!

Dearest Ones,
Last week on Friday, 11 came for an abortion, but we learned that 15 were scheduled. Jenny,a sidewalk counselor and her 12 year old brother-in-law, talked with a girl going in for an abortion. Cassidy was unsure what to do and was willing to go to a restaurant with Jenny to talk, and she changed her mind! Cassidy said she was told that there would be some scary protestors outside the clinic. She didn’t think we looked scary at all, and said if we hadn’t been there she would have aborted her baby. Please pray for Cassidy,also that she will get in touch with Jenny.
Another girl was involved in a car accident as they went toward the parking area for the clinic. No one was hurt, and she took material from us. This girl and her boy friend walked away from the clinic and did not go in. We believe this to be another baby saved from death by God intervening through a fender-bender!
Today there were 14 that went in for an abortion. As on Friday we offered material and gave pleas for the babies. We gave out about ten gospel tracts today and a man sung a gospel song he had made up when we asked him if he had ever heard the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. We also sang songs of praise unto the Lord and prayed on the streets, to bring light in this dark area in Duluth MN.
Next Tuesday March 18, abortions are scheduled. Please continue to pray for the girls to take the material offered and for changed minds and salvation of souls. Also for more opportunities to give the gospel.
Please keep praying for the Yoder Family every Wednesday morning as they travel and are at the abortion clinic in Kansas City MO.
Please keep in prayer every Thursday as we stand with signs to expose the evils of Health Partners (from 11:00-12:00)  and Planned Parenthood (3:00-4:00).

God is our Refuge and Strength

Dearest Ones,
Last Saturday at the abortion clinic there were 16 girls that went into the “Building for Women” (32 East First Street Duluth MN.) For an abortion. What great sadness to see them run or walk quickly into the Building trying not to hear the plea for their baby. It was sad to see an older mother walking her young daughter arm in arm with an escort into the building. Our cries for each baby’s life is heard by them all, yet they seem to have no regard. 
We really haven’t had much opportunity to give the Gospel these past few abortion days. Please pray about this need, and for salvation of souls. We met with Alica four times since she has been saved. She is undergoing great trials of temptations from the enemy, please pray for her.
Prayer Needs:
  • Each Wednesday morning the Yoder Family goes to the abortion clinic in Kansas City MO. to give the gospel and plea for the lives of the unborn. Please remember to pray for them. They are warriors of the cross.
  • This Friday March 7 beginning at 7:30 a.m. young mothers are scheduled to abort their little babies.We plan to be there to plea for the lives of each baby. We plan to look for opportunities to give the gospel, worship the Lord in songs and Hymns and pray . To bring the light of our Saviour to a dark area in Duluth.
  • We know that Next Monday March 10 in the morning again, abortions are scheduled.
  • We plan to travel to Virginia MN. on Thursday, March 6 in the morning, to expose the Planned Parenthood that is there. Of course it is right across from a High School, like so many P.P. are. Afterwards we plan to travel back to Duluth and hold signs near the Planned Parenthood there. Please pray that the gospel might be given and material will be received and read.
  • Thursday Evening at 7:00 p.m. our Pro-Life group has been invited to debate people from Planned Parenthood. Please pray about this.
  • Please pray for Ryan and Lora Casttlehon. Lora is 24 months pregnant, has a brain tumor that is growing rapidly. Treatment would kill the baby. They said she need treatment right now. Please pray for them to know what God would have them to do. The baby could be delivered by C-section and may survive, then Lora would have to wait for a week before her body could handle treatment… a dire situation, but God is able to deliver them.
Thank you for praying for all these needs. Praise God that He is answering prayer in ways we cannot know until eternity!

  • P.S. One more prayer request is for a mother that is going to court tomorrow. This court time could determine the destiny of her children. Please pray that the hidden things of darkness will be brought to the light and exposed.
