So you see from the Scriptures not everyone is saved, not everyone is a child of God. Only those who believe that Jesus Christ is God with their heart and repent of their sins and born again of the Spirit are true children of God. (We are all His creation but the Scripture makes it very clear that we are not all His children.) Romans 10: 9&10

“And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. (John 8:23-24)

You must believe in your heart the Lord Jesus Christ, acknowledge your sin and repent of it to Him for salvation or you will die in your sins.. God sees your heart and knows your thoughts- Jeremiah 17

If you are going to defend the right to choose what a women does with her body, well, I have no argument. If women feel bad when reading this blog I hope they will feel bad enough to realize abortion is a great evil that God condemns. Abortion IS inhuman. Abortion is the age-old-man’s-inhumanity-to-man. What God says is the only thing that matters:

I know you don’t believe in the Creator of the Universe, Jesus Christ the Lord. But, Noelle, what if you are wrong about Jesus? – You have everything to lose! You may enjoy your life here on earth but because you are without Jesus who is the only One who can satisfy the soul, you will continually look to people to help you out. You might look to education to make you feel more superior than others but will not find contentment in that either. He will not find your name written in the Lamb’s book of life and you will be cast into the lake of fire for all eternity, which is the second death.

You have tried hard to deflect the serious nature of this post and blog by bringing up the age old argument of children in poverty. You have made suggestion that children in poverty are not worth any value to God nor society. You do not know the end of the lives of such children, nor the joy of many care-givers as they attend to them. God is merciful and it is He who will move to help them. As you know, many, many children who are from wealthy and normal, (Or other) homes end up in prison or institutions for various reasons yet they are of priceless worth to God and mankind.

God has given us a conscience which produces guilt when we do something wrong,(especially murder) this women will be oppressed with guilt and agony, producing hatred and anguish in her life, which will cause greater conflict, the deep consequences are more… “multifaceted and widespread than you could ever imagine”. Why don’t you truly care about these women? This truly is another good reason to plead for the lives of unborn children.

Do you not understand that a women who is in poverty, perhaps abused, used and pregnant, still has great value in the eyes of God, and her child is just as important as you or I or ANYONE in the human race? We judge that murder is wrong. Was it not wrong when Hitler brutally killed and murdered 6 million Jewish people? Would you have cried out, “Don’t judge” for those who exposed the horror of the Holocaust through pictures and testimonies?

Abortion kills innocent children. America has created a Holocaust of over 53 million little ones, brutally killing them in the cruelest way imaginable.

Jesus says: “Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.” (John 7:24)
We are making a righteous judgment when we say murder is wrong, the brutally killing of babies is wrong– it is the greatest of all evils.

You, friend, have judged unrighteous judgment against us. It is because we love our neighbor that we plead for the little ones. We love the mothers, they will suffer great anguish for years to come because of their abortion. The choice they make for themselves is to kill another person, there is judgment from God for that. . . one cannot just kill another and expect to have peace in their hearts.
We do pray for them, more than you could possibly imagine.

Because the pagan roots of Christmas are so seriously evil and severe. Because the World, our Nation and People have lost the fear of God for the most part. Because God does not take lightly the shedding of innocent blood. The pagan roots cannot be over-looked nor covered up by niceties.

How seriously does God take the shedding of innocent blood? Here are just a few verses that might give an idea:

There are many more Scriptures about this. I cannot over look what the pagan roots are and pretend that Christmas is just a wonderful holiday that exalts God. I don’t believe God is pleased with Christmas celebrations. Can He use Christmas to His glory? Yes, HE can use anything to His glory. If God cannot forgive the shedding of innocent blood and must bring judgement on a land that is guilty of it, I don’t believe He would like us to plunge into celebrating something that has roots so full of innocent blood spilled.

I must confess however that I am not sure what the video is intended to accomplish. While the history of Christmas may or may not be entirely pagan in origin (I have not been able to verify it either way to my complete satisfaction), there are several reasons why I believe many followers of Christ accept it these days…

Firstly, whether it may or may not be pagan — it is generally accepted as a Christ-cenetered holiday now, even if it was not originally so in the past. And any time people turn their minds and hearts a little more towards Him is never a bad thing in my view.

Secondly, there are many symbols used in the celebration that can clearly be seen is Christ oriented, and I’m surprised that the video listed none of those…

- The word Christmas meaning “Mass of Christ”
- The word Holiday meaning “Holy day”
- The evergreen tree is a symbol for eternal life
- The gifts are not only represented of the gifts the three kings brought the baby Jesus but are also a symbol of the ultimate gift that Jesus gave all of us.
- Most people put angels on top of their tree with obvious meaning
- Those who put stars on their tree top symbolize the guiding star of Bethlehem

I could go on further but I believe my point is clear. While as mentioned I do appreciate the video, I think that perhaps we should not be so quick to condemn one of the few times of the year when people collectively come together and give a little extra thought and time to Christ.

Lord Jesus told us that (God is a spirit; and they that worship him MUST worship him in SPIRIT and in TRUTH.) (The Gospel of John) 4:24. In case there is trouble defining truth. Jesus christ said ( Sanctify them through thy truth; Thy word is truth.) (The Gospel of John) 17:17, and notice at the the time our Lord Jesus spoke these words; Not one word of the New testament was written yet.

The Apostle Paul also admonishes us about God’s Holy word. (All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, That the man of God may be perfect thoroughly furnished unto all good works.) (2 Timothy) 3:16-17. God’s truth cannot be found in some web site written by man. It is in His Holy scriptures; And I do mean ALL OF THEM. I have made the study of them a life long effort. Can you say the same? I suggest you read the entire bible. The Prophets, Jesus Christ, The Apostles, and the Church HAS NOT, and WILL NOT be engaged in this fight. You assume many things that are not based in God’s Holy word, but rather in religious dogma. Such is the state of many who profess to be Christians.

Definitions of who is alive and who is valuable to God come from the Word of God. It is very clear in His Word that the unborn person is very important to God.
“Your hands shaped me and made me. Will you now turn and destroy me? Remember that you molded me like clay. Will you now turn me to dust again? Did you not pour me out like milk and curdle me like cheese, clothe me with skin and flesh and knit me together with bones and sinews? Jesus Christ IS God and there is no one else who can save you from the wrath of God that is upon you because of your sins… I pray you might turn to Jesus and read the Bible, think and ask God to reveal Himself to you… find out for yourself what God says. God saved me from His wrath 20 years ago when I realize how much Jesus suffered because of my sins and how He arose again from the dead. He saved me when I believed in Jesus Christ with my whole heart and repented of my sins to Him. He has given me a new and abundant life in Him. You should find out what I’m talking about, ask Him to teach you and show you. You too can escape the wrath of God and be freed from the deception of satan.

It is interesting that you mentioned time for the babies. The time we take is a sacrifice of our own time and lives, but God has indeed called us to this work. The time we take to give the gospel or plead for the lives of unborn people could make a difference 100 years from now, and for eternity! We are blessed to be able to take the time, we are grateful to God for the gift.

Rape is a tragedy. I have a relative who was raped and became pregnant, she carried the little one through her entire pregnancy and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, then gave him up for adoption. She was only 17 and even though she remembers with pain the act of giving the child up, she also has a sense of peace, she knows the child is cared for and loved, her heart is softened and more tender toward children.

You have undergone a terrible trauma and I am grieved for you. However, if you believe that abortion is somehow a solution to the rape, and somehow will help and alleviate the pain and trauma, it is simply not true:* “Therefore, bring in the evidence that not only does the abortion not alleviate the trauma of the rape, but it brings a trauma of its own. Countless women suffer for years and decades after abortion. I know of women who have been raped and then had abortions, and are in counseling not for the rape but for the abortion! In rape, the trauma is “Someone hurt me.” In abortion, the trauma is “I hurt and killed someone else: my child.” That brings even more grief. ”

*“Why should helping and loving one (the mom) mean destroying the other (the child)? In reality, you cannot help one without helping the other and you cannot hurt one without hurting the other.” The PAVSA people should know and understand this. The counsel you were given was very hurtful and unwise. Your great hate and rage is more from the abortion than the rape.

By the time most abortions can be performed, the baby already has a beating heart and identifiable brain waves. The baby living in her mother is as distinct and unique a new person/human being as you are from me, and as deserving of protection under the law as we are. The baby every mother carries as she faces a life and death decision has a beating heart at 18 days after fertilization and brain waves as early as six weeks after fertilization. Most abortions are not performed until nine weeks of the pregnancy. Even RU 486 chemical abortions can’t be done until after six weeks.

You do not believe that those in poverty have value, nor do you think that a child in poverty has any hope, but is a wasted life. Let me ask you, Madeline, who are you to judge this? Why do you believe that you or a certain type of people who fit into a category of your ideals are worthy to live, yet not those who don’t? The poor will always be with us, poverty is a consequence of man’s greed, selfishness, sin, hate of God, and lust for power, as the rich oppress the poor. Taking the life of her unborn child will only further oppress a precious mother in poverty. God has given us a conscience which produces guilt when we do something wrong,(especially murder) this women will be oppressed with guilt and agony, producing hatred and anguish in her life, which will cause greater conflict, and using your own words, yet from a godly prospective, the deep consequences are more… “multifaceted and widespread than you could ever imagine”. Why don’t you truly care about these women? This truly is another good reason to plead for the lives of unborn children.

Do you not understand that a women who is in poverty, perhaps abused, used and pregnant, still has great value in the eyes of God, and her child is just as important as you or I or ANYONE in the human race? God is merciful and helps people who come to Him, which means that all who come to Him are the most advantaged people on the face of this earth no matter what value others may place on them. Often it is because of poverty that people will lift their eyes upward to a merciful God who will help them. You do not understand the deep riches, love and mercy of God. Your values are placed only on things that are material… you are in spiritual poverty, as are all those that have the view point you expressed.

You have missed that the Bible teaches good works do not get a person into heaven!Jesus Christ the Lord told a parable of a rich ruler that had a wedding and celebration for his son. A man came to the wedding in clothes that were not fit for a wedding..”And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man who had not on a wedding garment: And he said unto him, Friend, how came you in here not having a wedding garment? For many are called, but few are chosen.” (Matthew 22:11-14) This parable is to help us realize that no good works, righteous acts, good thoughts, will make us worthy of heaven. There are many who believe Heaven is their destiny because of the “good things they have done”. How amazed and speechless they will be only to find out that they cannot enter into heaven because “they are not dressed right”, they are wearing their own self-righteous garments. It is only those that are clothed and dressed in the righteousness of Jesus that will be welcomed to the marriage supper of the Lamb.
